Bead Quilt - Part 1

When Marg was at Bead and Button - she bought this amazing "bead quilt" at the Bead Social auction for Breast Cancer. The squares are donated by beaders from all over the world.

I wanted to show this to you, as it is an amazing and inspiring example - but I want yout to be able to savour the squares and all the work in them - so I'm going to present it to you over a series of weeks - doing one row at a time.

The quilt is entitled "Glorious Green" and the theme appears to be: Birds.

The artist's name precedes their work.

Aren't they all just ... ducky?

You may have to step back from your computer to see the overall picture - but these close-ups give you a great look at the actual stitchery!
