Useful Resource: OneAcross

Last week, I gave you a crossword puzzling game - where you needed to figure out the words without the clues. Of course, if you had a good dictionary, that you could ask "what's a 4 letter word that starts with z and ends with c" - that would have been useful, eh?

So try out OneAcross - help for crossword puzzlers, anagramers and word puzzles in general. Use a "?" as a marker for the letters you don't know, so our example above is "z??c" - which gives us "zinc." Or had you thought of that? How about "zoic?" That's pretty obscure - but the harder the puzzle - the more obscure the words.

Unless you do Cryptic Crosswords - where the words are easy - and the clues are hard!!!!!
