We've seen some cool designs made with metal mesh tubing - our buyer spotted this nylon mesh tubing and scooped some. This is a little piece she whipped up using it and one of my beads! Very handsome, I think.We are planning on getting some of the metal mesh tubing in the fall - but we have some of this in the store now. Not a huge amount, and we can't restock it - but it's fun to play with in the meantime! It's not on the website - you'll have to come in for it - or send pleading emails to info@beadfx.com

Do the beads stay in place or do they have to be glued? How do you finish off the ends for closure?

How do you finish the ends for a clasp?
Finish the ends with a cone, or, as in this example, secure in a fold-over crimp, like a leather or ribbon type crimp.
They are on the Findings page, and also on the pages for brass, copper, gunmetal, etc., so it depends on what colour metal you want.

Whether the bead stays in place really depends on the bead. Some do, especially light weight beads with holes that are a close fit.
Others may need some encouragement to stay put - a drop of glue, or tight fitting beads on either side.
