It's a Swarovski Day in the Neighbourhood

Time to make a playdate with your Swarovskis! Let me introduce you to some of the new kids! Here we have Neon Green Pearl. She's a bright child - a little precocious - but endearing. Her cousin, Neon Red Pearl, is more of a tomboy - a bright, fiery, in-your-face kind of pearl.







Ultra Blue Rivoli - we like to call her Late Blue - not because she is deceased, but because she is late to the party. Her sister, Ultra-Pink rose (ha - a little colour humour there) - rose to fame in the beautiful Pink Cotton Candy necklace, with a follow up hit in Pink Gold. So, what will Blue do?




Starlight, Star Bright. Starlite was Rainbow Brite's horse. Equally - these Starlight chatons are a blast from the past - these are from the vintage vaults - a long discontinued colour that is like an AB - but more cool and blue tones.







If we're going to talk about the cool kids - well - we have to talk about Light Turquoise! Turquoise might be a little square - but Crystal Blue Shade is pure beyond be-leaf. Pure Leaf that is - which is a new shape that is a leaf stylized and simplified down to it's essence - a ridged oval.
In fact - there is quite the clan of the Pure Leaf folks - including pendants and flatbacks too!









If you love literature and great works of art - then 50 Shades of Grey probably made you cry. And not in a good way. Hailed as a successor to other notorious works of fiction - such as Twilight and Fear of Flying - 50 Shades of Grey hits new heights of low. However, it has redeemed itself by inspiring this great work of bracelature - by Pam Kearns - 50 Shades of Grey - featuring Matt Onyx, Snowflake Jasper, White Howlite and Swarovski Crystal Columns. This bracelet deserves a Pulitzer Prize for Jewelry.
