Planning, and a few ideas please!

I recently listened to an excellent podcast on blog planning. Yes, the I just typed the word planning. Anyone who knows me is probably chuckling (or snorting coffee through their nose) at my use of the word planning. Let's just say I'm more of a fly by the seat of her pants kind of girl. ;-)

If you want to listen to the podcast, (and if you write a blog - you should) check out CraftyPod.  There are numerous other fascinating podcasts on crafty topics there as well. Be sure to check them all out.

Here is where you come in! It has always been my goal for my Thursday posts to show a new technique, something I've been working on, or a little mini tutorial perhaps. But of course, with my lack of planning ahead - sometimes I have something to show...sometimes not.

I would love to hear comments from you about what sort of jewelry/beading/mixed media techniques you would like to learn a little more about.  I certainly can't promise a full on tutorial every week, but if I can take the mystery out of a technique for you - I'm game.

Hi Jen -- on the favourite type of bead blog I asked for examples/pics of the use of Daggers and Magatamas. But I actually need a tutorial on how to incorporate them into bead-woven pieces for a nice effect. I find them fascinating. Thanks, Gail

You would have to pick seedbeads! ;-) That's ok - I'm up for a challenge. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for some project ideas.
