Fun Times at Open Bead Night

Give me beads, two bite brownies and a coffee and I'm good to go! Add in like minded beadiful people and what do you get? Open Bead Night!

We were a small but mighty group tonight with some of our regulars either on vacation or at a women's networking event.

I'm working on making fringe earrings and a pendant using a tube of 11/0 ColourFX, Miyuki drops, daggers and some bead caps. This is week two of working on them. But as I'm usually helping others with their work, these might take a little longer to finish.

Bonnie is working on some bead crochet with 8/0 blue seed beads and hearts.

Kathi came earlier in today to buy some stones for a men's bracelet. She used Wildhorse Jasper and a cute cat clasp. The man who this is made for is a big cat fan.

Rochelle joined us tonight and made a beautiful pendant with epoxy clay and Swarovski stones that was inspired by a project in Kristal Wick's book, Foxy Epoxy.

Dawn is making a beautiful Dragons' Scale chain Maille bracelet. I love how flexible it is.

Here we all are doing our best Charlie's Angels pose!

And to cap off our fun evening I played a Ron Burgundy mix from Songza! There were some great '70's tunes in the mix and we just couldn't help ourselves!! Here's Malliga getting here groove on!

Won't you join us for a night of beads and fun? Every Wednesday from 6-8! Just call the store to reserve your spot for this free event. We look forward to seeing you!

Dance skills not required!!
